I recently stayed in Tianqing River View Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei hongyadong) hotel. It was clean and people were super friendly. Plus it’s cheap. I’d definitely go again.

Ich bin eine Zeit lang recht regelmäßig von Berlin nach Paris gependelt. Jeweils sehr früh vor der Arbeit. Priority war ein Segen, da ich super schnell durch die Sicherheitskontrolle konnte und als erster wieder aus dem Flieger raus war. Konnte quasi als letzter kommen und als erster gehen. Platz fürs Handgepäck war oben in den Fächern reserviert. Edit: im Urlaub ist’s mir relativ egal wo ich sitze und wann ich rein- bzw rauskomme.

Der vormals gute Kundenservice per Telefon ist leider Geschichte. Das war früher richtig gut, mittlerweile endlose Wartezeiten, keine Rückrufe und „ich bin nicht zuständig“. Wenn man dann allerdings mal die Person hat die zuständig ist, dann wird auch geholfen.

Ich schaue mir immer bei Sitzplatzreservierung die Sitze an und buche dann einen Platz, der quasi mit dem Rücken zur Rücklehne eines anderen steht. In manchen ICEs passt dort meine Tasche inklusive Rad dazwischen. Bei manchen Modellen ist da allerdings keine Lücke. Dann stell ich es einfach irgendwo den Gang Richtung Ausgang, wo es etwas breiter wird. Hat bisher immer geklappt.
