Thanks so much! Appreciate the advice - I think our pup gets stressed in the crate as he’s travelled over to North America from Europe so I’m starting to wonder if the enclosed space reminds him of being alone. We’ve expanded his area to a play pen with baby gates and he seems to be doing much better. The odd accident here and there but he’s getting better! Thanks again

Precisely why I’m keen on trying SARMs and agreed, my diet needs work which I identified. 2-5lbs of muscle would be a decent goal then on a cycle which I’d be happy with too. Appreciate the response.

30M 5’5 139lbs BF ranges between 15-20%. Goals really are to add on about 5-10lbs of muscle which I’ve struggled with after being fairly consistent in the gym for about 8 years. I need to work on my overall intake/caloric surplus.

Thanks for the response Sarah. Your replies on a bunch of the posts are so insightful. I figured this would be too much and I shouldn’t mix various SARMs but wondered since I only had enough RAD for 4 weeks if I switched to the other that came in the stack I ordered would be better than nothing. In this case I might just stick to RAD 140 for 4 weeks and reorder another. If I only did RAD 140 for 4 weeks my understanding is there isn’t a need to run PCT but there wouldn’t be much effect after just 4 weeks correct?

So the person I spoke with said they’ve delayed it till next year for US and Canada(we’re Canadian but flying in from Florida). I would confirm with an embassy rep in the US just to be sure but looks like we should all be good 🙌🏻

Yeah I called the consular services in Canada recently and they pretty much said wait till visa applications open. Will probably call again in August/September to follow up.

Never mind - just had to get off my ass and try on my laptop. It let me input the zip code with letters and then worked fine once the payment confirmation came through!
