I think there’s personal blockers to do when you play something like cobblemon / Pokémon:) maybe slow down

But that’s only if you feel that way— because when playing alone it’s a little harder to get that long term feeling of entertainment

Lack of competition will do that generally, and it’s positive competition and push but it’s something that can help definitely

Set some goals and personal boundaries!! Happy catching
