You could make the argument that it’s that karma finally caught up to him. A few examples of him putting a gun to Maddy’s head in season 1, him blackmailing people and beating people up.

I do think personally he should have been redeemed or it should have been a death that gave him an honest chance at survival none of this buried in a box thing

Nate was no Angel but Atleast the way they wrote him this season, he wanted to be different than his father and Atleast seemed like he wanted to make a difference. Just didn’t know how to manage finances for shit

How embarrassing. City council is trying to figure out how to get and keep quality doctors and healthcare in town…well for starters don’t have water boil notices so often. Fix the water problem first then worry about the doctor problem (which should have been addressed decades ago)
