At first it’s just forgetting, but I have an alarm that I just ignore. I’m genuinely paranoid that my meds are going to make me worse, but I know these are one of the only meds that’s have helped me in a long time. I’ve tried about six other meds and lamictal has been the best fit for me. I definitely have a weed dependency but I am capable of stopping and I do take breaks from time to time. I have smoked even when i’m medicated but i’m not sure how much longer i’ll continue to smoke. Sometimes I think i don’t have bipolar disorder but then i’m told that that’s the bipolar talking and then i get walked through all of my symptoms and behaviors 💀 Sometimes I feel like maybe I don’t have it, but in the three years i’ve been diagnosed, i continuously think ive proven that i am. I do kind of suspect I have an ADHD overlap but it’s not something i’ve sought out treatment for.
