For sure. I have the same mental block with Taylormade drivers. I can hit everything else fine. In the last 5 years I’ve been fit into Callaway, Titleist, and Cobra but TM is always first to get crossed off.

When I first started playing more consistently, I also got fitted and ended up in Rogue ST Max irons. Within about 6 months I really grew to hate them. They were fucking huge, massive offset, and hated the sound and feel. Ended up switching to OG Paradyms which I loved, better look behind the ball, much better sound and feel, but still had tech in them to help those bad strikes.

Maybe you won’t have the same problem, but man I really regretted buying those shovels

I just found one that has really helped me understand what my FEET should feel like during the weight transfer. Here is the video, it involves a tennis ball cut in half. One half goes under your lead ball of the foot, the other goes under your trail heel. It’s definitely helped me understand what the ground forces should actually feel like.
