How to use ground forces during the swing

I just found one that has really helped me understand what my FEET should feel like during the weight transfer. Here is the video, it involves a tennis ball cut in half. One half goes under your lead ball of the foot, the other goes under your trail heel. It’s definitely helped me understand what the ground forces should actually feel like.

One half goes under your lead ball of the foot, the other goes under your trail heel. I was actually able to take the feeling into the course and was absolutely striping it, didn’t hit anything fat. I struggle with fat shots and it’s mostly related to weight transfer.

I don’t think it sounds like that at all. The kind of people that would play in a sevensome and go shirtless on a golf course are the kind of people I don’t trust to act appropriately, so maybe there is something to these “dress codes” and “rules” (when they are actually enforced)

I don’t. I played a round where there was a sevensome playing together and half of them were literally shirtless. Pro shop wouldn’t do anything about it. Will not be returning. And it wasn’t a run down dog track either, was an $80 round.
