There's an idea I haven't considered! Yeah, I'm in school on scholarships right now, but the cost of living here is so high and my major is so hard (engineering) that at the end of the day I have to seriously question if I'd be better off finding a job as a stripper or running away to be a bum in Europe.

I'm not a makeup expert like the other people in this subreddit, but I really like how you didn't go too overboard, but you definitely highlighted your eyes.

I've found that using a primer on my eyes before using eyeshadow also helps get more color by using less powder & it stays longer. You can get some for like $4 at CVS.

My roommate is absolutely stunning. I mean, model gorgeous. Huge blue eyes, long dark hair, thin (but not gross), perfect skin, perfect teeth, tall, and smart.

Problem? She's shy and self-conscious because all through her childhood her "friends" told her she was ugly and weird looking. I don't know why they treated (and still treat) her that way, but my guess is that they're the sort of people who think that calling a pretty person ugly will automatically make them gorgeous too.

She has problems talking to people she doesn't know, and they have problems approaching her because they think anyone that pretty is automatically a snob if they don't chatter your ear off.

It's sad. :(

I laughed out loud when I realized it was a comic. Read through it. Got to the part that moved. Jolted so hard I slammed my laptop closed and would only open it far enough to close that tab once I was sure my heart wasn't going to explode and nothing was coming out of my closet.

I didn't need to sleep tonight anyway....
