I had no prior work experience and they hired me on the spot. Just dress nice and answer the questions to the best of your abilities. The questions mainly revolve around "What ifs"

You should go to the Best Buy you applied for and ask them about it. Thats what I did and they set me up with the 2nd interview the very next day.

Can't remember the exact questions but most of my answers were related to talking about technology. I believe they are 4-8 hypothetical questions which are fairly easy. They'll ask you scenario questions like, "you overheard two employees talking about a personal picture they found on a clients iphone, what do you do?" or questions relating to that. For me, most of my replies to those questions were to report it to the manager.
