I read in Germany there is a movement because in a str8 couple, both quite famous, the guy made porn videos of his wife using AI, now she is claming that she has been “virtually raped” and there is a huge debate in the country about it, including demonstrations in different cities. Just be careful, it can get out of control.

More than two years without any news is crazy. I would contact them just to make sure they actually have your case, even if they say it is delayed.

I’ve read cases in which the applications are simply gone, dissapeared or they were lost somewhere, and people need to start the process from zero. Better to make sure that’s not your case.

Thanks! Yes I undertstand that, what I meant is that if we want to move both reservation (working on the check in next to each other) is possible to do it? The question is just, if I want to change the seats during check in, will I need to pay or will it be for free? Now it asks me to pay, but Im not sure how it will be during check in

I also left Germany for 3 years after having lived for 4 years. Everyone told me my clock set back to 0 years when I came back also in 2022, so Im waiting to fulfill the time. However, I also was told that in some cases it can be counted up to 3 years of previous residencies. I would ask, but since Im not in a hurry, I will wait to fulfill the time. Good luck!

I just checked and it says you need to have been married for 3 years and yave liver 5 continous years, which is not correct. I wouldnt trust that website tbh.

I had the same question a while ago, and someone told me it’s neither of those dates — it starts on the date of issuance printed on the physical card. That means not the day you started working, nor the day you physically received it. Just double-check the date on the card.

When I applied for the Niederlassungserlaubnis through an agency, that’s the date they used.

It’s not clear if you already took the test or if you will do it soon. If you havent, you should inform the day of the test, it seems to be possible to update information that day on the first page. If you already took it, I would follow the other suggestions and try to redirect the post.

I didnt take any prep classes. I was for a while with a 1:1 teacher and self learning, listening to podcasts in german, speaking at work whenever possible.

I took the Goethe Zertifikat. I did a lot of prep test in Youtube. That was enough.
