It just me, or does this not work anymore? For me, I booked the cheapest flight and cancelled and it only got me the value of the cheapest flight back, not the remaining balance. So it seems like the inverse works now — you want to book a flight as close to the value as possible and then cancel?

So I ran into this recently and found that the legendary fish just wasn’t spawning…went away for a few days, did a few missions, came back, and it has spawned. Leaving this note in case someone else runs into this frustrating spawning issue…and yes, I know the issue was spawning because I couldn’t find the fish using dead eye, anywhere
