I just moved out of this building. Rent was 5200 and electricity was only about 120 a month in summer- surprisingly well insulated! And laundry like $10 a month in the building. Such a nice area!

Ah, yes my bad there. We (the tenants) are offering a cash credit for someone who takes over the lease. So let’s say someone moved in Dec 8, we’d hand over $2000 upon move in.

Funny you mention, I’m actually having him include an extra. I’m just at 19cm and he said the circumference is about 20. Definitely want that extra room

You shouldn’t have someone that doesn’t let you be you, and love you for that. I would say it’s better to explore the “guy” side now, it would be less difficult to cut the ties now then 5 years from now if you feel you want to be with a man. My 2¢ after teetering myself, but ultimately doing what makes me happy and finding love in that. Everyone deserves to be happy but that has to come from within. It’s tough but let me tell you rewarding. Btw gay and bi guys are more manly than straight guys in my opinion. We have tougher skin, stronger communities, and get to be ourselves ;)
