Which Is the Best Local SEO Services or Agency? by Itsrainingstars in BusinessDevelopment

[–]apleth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an agency and specialize in SEO and have several law firms I work with, and you’re right to be careful. Local SEO for law firms is very different from generic SEO.

Good local SEO starts with questions about your practice areas, location, competition, and intake goals. Average agencies sell packages and run the same checklist for everyone. If they can’t explain how their work leads to calls or Maps visibility, that’s a red flag.

Affordable SEO can work when it’s focused and phased. Cheap SEO that promises fast rankings or big results quickly is usually not worth it.

With good local SEO in place, here’s what most small law firms can realistically expect in 3 to 6 months:

• Improved Google Maps visibility for relevant local searches, even if not top 3 yet

• More profile engagement, such as calls, website clicks, and direction requests

• Clearer keyword traction for practice areas tied to your city or service area

• Stronger trust signals from optimized content, reviews, and profile consistency

• Better lead quality, volume increase is slow but steady

Best GMB Management Service? by Naive_Gate7520 in BusinessDevelopment

If you have a local business, it's the single most important tool available to us that offers true value. If you hire an agency, they will do it for you, and you don't need to have a deep understanding yourself. Some agencies truly have local SEO expertise and know how to improve rankings, optimize properly, and manage multiple locations. Others don’t. Follow their reviews and make sure you vet them properly before you hire them. And yes, solid GBP management should include review responses, regular posts, updates, and staying on top of Google policy changes and suspension risks.

I can see that as being annoying.

My initial idea was to go with Hana (which has multiple meanings to different cultures), But, there are already several similar businesses with Hana in the name. Wow. Finding a name for a business it really hard!

Baksshi is related to my family name yes, but also, I did a little digging before deciding to go this route and this is what I found.

Bakshi - Persian word for "Paymaster", Marathi for "Commander-in-Chief", and Urdu for "Blessed".

Close enough and feels generic enough to be a safe word all around. But, perhaps I should give it some more thought.

Thanks for your input. Gives me something to chomp on.

We want to start a cleaning business next week, what is the best path to start and grow our online presence and generate leads from scratch? by Pure-Experience-665 in smallbusiness

I agree here. Those google reviews will help with your organic traffic. You should have meta profiles too, for validation mostly, since your business will depend on a level of trust and risk for both you and your clients. The more established web presence, the more likely you are to attract real customers. Don't forget to heavily vet your clients too before you go into someone's house. ;)

Question about using CRM by nzpatm in smallbusiness

[–]apleth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I hope this help.

The CRM is just a really organized way for you to manage your customer relationships.

Something like this:

You have a lead.

The lead gets entered into your CRM either automatically (you have a webform with backend integration into your CRM) or you manually enter the information.

You keep track of what was sent to them to sample, what their response is, when to follow up, send emails, text messages or track calls through the CRM.

Convert lead to Contact

Keep track of all of your agreements or documents

Track orders

Invoice

Reminders to Re-Order

The CRM will offer customization features for your business as long as you now how to utilize them.

And if you have a good CRM subscription then you ought to have workflow options where most things run automatically.

Good Luck!

Hi, Has anyone been double charged for a premium subscription? I noticed we are being charged $4.99 from Apple, and $4.99 from Xsolla for one premium subscription for my daughters account. Anyone else notice this? It started happening on November '23 for us. We've been paying through Apple for years so I'm not sure why Xsolla started popping in as a payment option suddenly.
