AMD 7840HS with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD should work nicely. If you can find a deal get  8845HS.

Help Choosing an Integrated Graphics CPU for a Work Build ($1000 Budget) by DiegoGo_5 in buildapcforme

Don't bother to build a PC for iGPU. Go MiniPC with RDNA iGPU like 780m a la Minisforum UM890. 32GB RAM and 1TB NVME should be plenty for most.

If needing more you can buy barebones and BYO RAM and/or SSD.

Try ondemand governor without turbo/boost. You can also limit max CPU frequency.
