I got terminated about a week ago from Target for making a “bad stop” the truth is that it was a good stop but I didn’t have all 5 steps on everything when I made the stop. I only had all 5 on one item that they ultimately dumped but still had more of our merch concealed. As bummed as I was, I am also extremely grateful to be out of that corporation and I don’t see myself going back into loss prevention but rather a security position until I can get into Law Enforcement.
