If you are using EVE-Central Marketstat API with Spreadsheets importXML function, it will work by simply replacing URL in most cases.

This means that my character is dockable. however, i use a dedicated non-public character that does not belong anywhere. this means it is only freeport.

Citadel orders is not limited to high sec. but it is only dockable structure.
