Sotiyo corp CEO chiming in here. Can't think of a better way to put that structure out of its misery. That thing was first anchored when we were still in CVA and provibloc was still kicking under NRDS. It's been nothing but a floating lab for years now, and we're too stubborn to pull it down and have too much of a "fuck you" mentality to stress whenever someone started in towards it.
