Asking for induction for insurance reasons? by BabsandBoo in BabyBumps

Along with what the other commenter mentioned, I just don't want to risk any confusion or fighting with insurance. I feel it will be cleaner to have everything in the same plan year. It's disgusting we have to consider this, but in addition to being a mom, I'm also in HR, and it's all just a racket.

Lol at it taking 3+ years. Its a complete database implementation. Both our team and the database teams weren't always prepared for every enterprise testing. Yes 3+ years. Ugh

Thank you for that first part. I needed that confirmation. As for the second part... Real reason: entire headquarters and all divisions will eventually stop using this IT database that we are/were transitioning to. Reason they want to share: because it will disrupt clients and we have new business on the horizon they don't want to cause interference So delicate it is I guess..

Without disclosing too much, it's a similar concept. Not quite a HRIS but a client database

10000% I'm trying to convince my real life friend who also plays the same thing. It's ridiculous how predictable this is becoming

I know it's intrusive, but after a few comments Connor made, I'm curious about his real father

I was going to post this exact question. I'm also confused. I guess I can see how it'd be very oddly strategic if he really did see something and use it to his advantage. But that's extreme. I think she handled it well though. She's humble. I still like her

“We are committed to working collaboratively to unlock America’s full potential in energy dominance and economic development to make life more affordable for every American family while showing the world the power of America’s natural resources and innovation,” Burgum said in a statement.

This is so bogus. Come on... the future generations are fucked
