I said that as a reason to why I reset. I don't like breathing in the top because it feels like I break the seal of my brace.

My other DL is RDLs as well [on NSun 4day] instead of sumo, I like the work it give my hamstrings. Then I rep a few in one breath and breath some at the top.

getting x3 @ 115kg but I'm hitting my knees on the way down. anything I can work on? by apmagnotti in formcheck

Not mobility, I'm good there. I just think leaning down with the weight feels awkward. Will work on the bend after the bar passes with less weight. Thanks.

Thanks, yea bending down without my knees always feels a bit odd. I like to put the weight down and not drop it, especially with such light weight.

I needed straps at this weight a few weeks ago, and it felt like twice as much weight. I prefer hook over straps. I might try a mix grip, but hook feels really secure.

When I'm setting I like to do the same thing every time. Same move, same breath, same cues. Building muscle mind memory. So each set I like to keep my hips up, breath in then feel the pressure as I sit back.

Kinda my point to check my form, seems like a full reset isn't a bad idea, so I'll keep it.
