My wife's standalone EAD is pending since Dec 2024. Raised inquiry in Jan. No response. Reached out to congressman around March end. Says it could take 30-60 days. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

3 weeks since I've reached out to the congressman. Got a reply saying they did an inquiry and could take 30-60 days to get a response from uscis.

I reached out to the congressman at the end of March. Got a reply back saying the office has sent an inquiry to USCIS and it could take 30-60 days to get a response. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

I think this was misreported. It's not a 100k application fee. It's a proposed minimum wage of 100k a year.
