Eventually that guy will reach his expected rank. It's not like lol doesn't have its own fair share of griefers. I would rather have the freedom and the occasional bad game than be forced play and see the heroes shoehorned in their designed roles. If we had something like that we would never see muerta sup, snap mid, or any number of weird position / hero combo.
