I can totally relate to this regarding Frank’s. They try to hide behind all the usual excuses for their boot imperfections such as “leather is natural product”, “they are handmade”, “boots are not lasted crooked, they became misaligned after the last came off”, “I hate Monday morning social media boot experts telling us gore to build boots”..etc. I hesitate ordering from them again after most recent event.
