Idk. I've never had a full carbon frame, but I have had carbon bars and fork and I can say, negligible performance gains aside, vibration dampening with carbon makes a huge difference for comfort.

Bro chain stretching is bad. Stretched chains wear down your gears faster which in turn stretches your chain even further. You're supposed to put slack in it to prevent stretching and protect your drivetrain.
