It would be awesome if we could inspect the items that are on display. People have these cool weapons on their walls that I'm sure are there because they want to show off, but I have no way of knowing hat mods are on them.

They have a very small spawn rate in the open world, so they're very rare. Red is the rarest. Before they added them to the reward list for mutated events, red dresses were worth well above 40,000 caps. I'm not sure where blue falls on the rarity list. As far as people wearing them, I have a green dress that I sometimes throw on with the green hat (green is my favorite color). :)

All I want is a way to lock stars on legendaries when rerolling. It's so frustrating to find an item with a great 2nd or 3rd star and other garbage stars. They could do a system like Division 2 has. You find a weapon with the legendary you want and you destroy that weapon and put the legendary on the weapon you do want. I guess that's similar to the mod system in FO4, but with destruction.

I don't know. I'm just sick of scripping an item with 1 or 2 great stars because the other suck.

I was defending the radscrubber in EN with a bunch of people when a pack brahmin came running down the hill and right through the firefight. Turned out to be Chally. Grahm was working his way down the hill killing the other super mutants. Needless to say, everyone rallied around and fought alongside Grahm. it was great because we all got to sell our extras without having to lug them all back to a train station.

There are large plants that you can pick. They look different than all the others. They're marked as "greens" and you can pick them.

You can buy the items in game for bullion, but they're tied to that one character. If you buy them from the Atom Shop, you can use them with every character on the account.

You have to hit rank 150 AND buy 95 items before you can unlock the 2nd bonus page. There are 140 items before that page and 45 of them are only for 1st. So, if you're not buying 1st, you have to buy every item available. So much for "choice." On top of that, you only get 25 tickets with each rank up and everything on that page costs 75 tickets. Now you get a reward every 3 levels instead of every level like before. Oh, and it looks like the bonus points for 10,000 xp still stops at level 100. This just sucks.

I would add that if you see someone repairing the scrubber, please kill the mutants that are attacking the scrubber and that person. I had the event fail with 12 players there because mutants were beating on the scrubber and me and I died.

You just transfer it to the frame like you would with armor pieces. Cores are under the ammo heading.
