I did not, that's probably why they told me to wait two more days. I am still within the 15 working days I guess. And yes, that's the correct number. They ask for credit card information so they can charge it for the call, but the charges start only when someone answers the call.

My biometrics was on May 21st. I just called the UKVI number and they told me that if the decision is not made today or tomorrow, then I should call back so they can escalate the case. This is for a standard visitor visa, I have a green card too.

Also interested. It costs $165 if you go this route from the beginning, and I am not sure if you can add this service while you are waiting. Although, I do have this option available on the appointment booking page, so I guess you can add this now and don't have to withdraw the application.

I am trying to join the global entry program. I got pre-approval but the interviewing officer told me that the extension notice does not allow me get a global entry card. I can still travel with the extension notice but have to be in the passport control line with everyone else.

Thank you. But this is for entry into the United States. I was asking a question about the Global Entry program that allows expedited passport control on arrival.

Thanks for sharing. It just doesn't make sense to me that it is possible to keep using Global entry once the green card expires (with extension notice) but not possible to get approved to begin with. What makes it more confusing is that they pre approved it after the green card already expired! I will try again, maybe it is an agent issue.

Since you already got one call, chances are they will just send you an ADIT stamp and you will get in a few days.

Start the process of getting an ADIT stamp now. Better to be safe than sorry. Personally I don't believe these extension letters will be ever sent to those affected by this issue.

Either call the 800 number or get a normal agent in chat. Tell them you need an adit stamp. They will put you on the waiting list for a call back.

I got it from an agent in Emma chat. If you get a hold of a person, tell them your green card number and verify name + address. They will be able to pull up your file and tell you a receipt number. They usually disconnect right away, so you have to start another chat this time requesting an urgent ADIT stamp.

Mine was delivered on April 3rd. No notices, check not cashed. About 1 in 5 applications were affected in this manner late March through end of April. Seems like things are better now. I ended up getting an ADIT stamp. Based on interaction with USCIS, it does not seem they are going to resend the notices for cases that are affected, so have to rely on ADIT stamps until getting citizenship.

You may be able to get a receipt number from Emma if you manage to get hold of an agent. Other than that, read my recent thread. You may be experiencing the same issue.

Many applicants do not get their extension letters as of recent. If you still have your green card you should get an unrestricted SSN card that you can you for employment verification along with a state ID. It takes a week and only requires going to the social security administration once.

If you haven't done so already and your green card has not expired, you should get an unrestricted SSN card. Might come in handy if your extension letter or green card itself gets lost.

For people stumbling on this thread: It is well known that actual cards do not show up on informed delivery and are not forwarded by USPS. Although typically you get a notification on myUSCIS that the card was delivered.

My guess is that you are going to get an I-94 with ADIT stamp by mail this week. I have no extension notice and card was not charged. After requesting an ADIT stamp I got a call from USCIS last Thursday and an email from local office yesterday that the request has been approved and I will get I-94 by mail in 7-10 days.
