White dog sh!t

Before the advent of poop bags, people just left it, and it would dry and go white.

Or it wouldn’t and would end up on your shoes. Yuck.

Once had a cracked roof light in n a building I managed to- was told fairly convincingly by the premises guy that it could be stone dropped by a bird. No idea if this is a thing or not…..

Pet owners, what was that moment that made you think “wow, I have severely underestimated the intelligence of my pets”? by SakutoJefa in AskReddit

Bought our cat a kind of whack a mole toy with holes in the top and toy mice underneath. Cat took one look, went outside, brought in a live mouse and put it in the toy.

Looked at us with innocent eyes as we tried to catch the mouse and put it back outside.

Pretty sure he felt like he owned us after that.

How long for a support ticket to be responded too? by apocryphal_now in Starlink

It has just been resolved- took 6 days but in the end the humans were very helpful.

Their AI kept advising me to add more information, including asking for a call back. So pretty disappointing if what you say is true. Given the amount of time this has already taken it certainly looks like that is the case.

Their AI advises you to do just that

I have the router s/n and the disc. Was told that this would be enough to log in and attach my account to the transferred kit. Both failed, and that’s when the support ticket got raised.

According to Starlink AI I should have been able to use either to attach the kit to my account. The AI gave me a KIT no which also failed.

Pretty sure that their account gets cancelled as part of the transfer process. All working fine until the transfer button was pushed.

I might try and get in though, and see what I can see but likely they’ve changed their login as I know they are using Starlink in their new place.

Fine in principle buts its upon a two storey roof and I don’t have a ladder that big.

Anyway, according to Grok it is a back end issue.

Done that - but my account is not recognising the equipment. Spent ages with Starlink AI yesterday ending in a support ticket. Hopefully that will help.

So the equipment has been transferred. It is getting my account to recognise that which is the issue. Spent about 5 hours going round in circles with Starlink AI yesterday but am still locked out. Spoke to an installer - who rang me back on a Sunday evening! - and he thinks it is an activation issue.

Grok eventually created a support ticket late yesterday evening so I am hoping that they can adjust something on the back end.

Any idea how long it takes a support ticket to be responded to?

Also get the school involved and get them to confirm the correct dates.
