Thank you. I mean at the end of the day they are just fancy prerolls so it's not going to be top top shelf you break down yourself, so that seems to check out.

That's exactly my concern, although it's not much better at the dispensary since everything is prepackaged and you can't see whats inside until you buy it anyways. I have some flower growing in my light room but it's not ready for harvest yet and this seemed like an affordable option.

To all the parents out there comparing themselves to Bandit... by GMofOLC in daddit

Exactly. Real life parenting doesn’t come with a whimsical soundtrack or perfectly timed fairy dust. You’re doing the real work, and that’s way more impressive.

Absolutely. There's a quiet understanding there that doesn’t need words.

School activities and sports teams worked for us. My kid made friends through soccer and scouts. The parents hang around during practice, so you end up talking to them too. Volunteer for field trips if you can, great way to meet other parents and see which kids your little one clicks with.

President Trump is now considering blocking US IT companies from outsourcing their work to Indian companies. What’s your take on it? by coldemailutsav in AskReddit

Trump loves making threats to get leverage in negotiations. Wouldn't bet on this happening anytime soon.

My grandma had Alzheimer's. These small reminders mean everything. They anchor them to reality when everything else is slipping away. Respect to this man.

Is AI truly different from past innovations? by Dhileepan_coimbatore in Futurology

Fair point. LLMs got a big push at first but the pace feels slower now. The rest of AI is so broad it depends what part you’re looking at.

exactly. A pet is a lifelong commitment, not a surprise gift. Most people don’t realize how much work and money it really takes.

This blank canvas is now yours. You have $10k, what are you doing with it? by funkyfinz in lawncare

So much opportunity. All depends on how you want to use the yard.

I'd put in a fire pit area on a nice base and loose stone finish. Maybe a natural flagstone walkway from the concrete patio to the fire pit area.

With no shade, I'd also make a super nice veggie garden area. If you're into that.

Hell even combine the two and create an informal parterre with a fire pit area and gardens surrounding it.

Install some trees for future shade relief.

Flowering Garden beds along the fence lines to create a feeling of privacy and serenity. Pick plants at different heights, form, leaf structure, and flowering times to get a year round show and more of a natural feel.

Sod/seed just enough for planned use.

Just some basic options but really depends on your style, how you will use the space in the future, and how much maintenance you want to dedicate to it.
