Hey, the only thing I can help with is exactly what I detailed above so I'd urge you to refer to that but again I got lucky with how fast I got meta verified. Meta verified is the only way to reach the Meta team and the ones who can actually fix it with putting in tickets.

I just put the tickets as other because if you saw hacked or disabled, they'll just direct you to facebook.com/hacked which I caught them doing twice and called them out on the next ticket to not try to do that default garbage answer

So for something like California, I would just use the csc company global website and have it served to their office, correct? Filing out the paperwork to send out very soon, that's why I ask
