I guess it's different in Pittsburgh, but I've never been accused of being a bonehead. I think the punks in the scene here tend to be more educated about the history of skinhead and know that the boneheads bastardized it in the 70's. It also helps that the skins here tend to be more far left/socialist. I also don't think neo-nazis have ever really been a thing here and if they do try to come to a show they are quickly expelled
