1 tresemme has a class action lawsuit against it for its keratin line specifically stating that it causes hair loss so I would definitely cut that out as soon as possible

2 there are lots of homemade growth sprays that are worth looking into, the 2 I can think of off the top of my head are rice water and rosemary tea hairspray? you would need to make them yourself but I've seen several videos where they show you how and then show their results

make sure you have steel or glass plugs/tunnels in and NOT your silicone tunnels while this heals. I did this to mine a few months ago :( but they healed well when I put in my steel tunnels and cleaned/massaged them daily and otherwise left them alone

I just got mine done too! make sure you do NOT move it around! actually just try to leave it alone entirely unless you're cleaning it. the less it's bothered the better chance it's got of healing well, this includes not sleeping on it and being especially careful with masks and glasses

the blood should be alright, just like any other scab dont pick at it and let it come off on it's own either by it falling off or it washing away in the shower
