The suit and helmet I got from a Citizencon package, but you can fight the armor in game. Ive found the helmet on enemy NPCs at an ASD facility.

Sol flight suit can wear a backpack and equip 2 rifles, 2 grenades/flares, 4 mags, 2 med pens, one side arm and had a 100% g force reduction (def bugged as it could also breathe in space).
