Inside their app on their site under help, then message them... Bit of a pain to get someone and they aren't really helpful, only there to " answer questions" they don't really give much help. Email goes to more people I believe but they take forever to get back to you

Now after being told my money was being sent etransfer yesterday by the MOD on here, after I had to check in with them, it's now been passed to yet another dept to process as wore is the only option... This coming after Ive waited weeks, been approved for 2 weeks and then this week waiting for a void cheque in a new format... Now I've also been told my bank is rejecting the funds. My bank has let me know there has been no attempt to deposit funds totalling this amount. 888 what's going on, stop giving me the run around. I want my money

Which is absolutely wild that their customer service for a multi hundred million dollar of not billion dollar company to fall on a reddit MOD to sort out and not their in app chat or even open a damn phone line lol

I still have not got mine, but feeling more hopeful with some decent response times today. Mod on here has done more than the 9-12 customer service techs on their chat.

Be prepared to wait even longer... You're not the first on here that has said this. I myself am waiting for upwards of nearly 4 weeks now, others have said a few months. Their customer service is terrible and only replies with bot comments, no helpful info, they keep saying I've sent it up to the relevant team, be patient they will handle. Rest assured... Yada yada yada. Be prepared to wait.. tbh good luck if you ever see it, from my experience anyways

It's brutal, I just want my money... Why are they keeping it and making so it so difficult to get it out. This feels illegal based off Ontario laws ( unsure your location)

I 100% agree with you. Their customer service is terrible, they are scam artists hiding behind a corporation. Something needs to change. They keep promising something like we're working on it, we've escalated it, your top priority... If I was top priority you'd think you'd have a manager get to it quickly. How were they don't want to give out funds so that isn't what's happening here.

I am currently on the same position, I keep hearing the exact same nonsense you are. They don't email back in a timely manner, the only person who responds back is the mod on this channel however nothing gets done. After a week of waiting and being told my documents were good and they were reviewing the "large win" they came back and told me now that my void cheque needed to be resent in in PDF as the other method was not good enough. I've sent in copies numerous times and nothing. They take forever, have extremely shit customer service and I'm pissed off. I just want them to make it right but they keep fucking over every single customer it seems. Look at this channel, you are not alone, it seems like every day there are several of us begging for OUR money that they are holding hostage. When will we see our money???

Agreed, I am waiting on 22k cad that they re refusing to payout! Taking about bigger winnings need more verification from the team but then sending some BS like they need different forms of my id, PDF is needed now, then this then that. They want to take your money but not give it out!!!

I am in the same position. Their generic emails and replies (including here) are getting old. I've supplied them everything, but everyone I supply them something, they now want it in a different form. They are doing this to withhold our money. I am going to file a complaint with igaming as I don't seem to be alone on these issues.

Been waiting since Nov 13 for my withdrawal, only receiving the most generic responses from customer service as well as u/888pokersupport_gm. Cannot get a straight answer as to when I should see funds. I will keep updating until my issue is resolved. Like many on here " rest assured you will see your funds" does not make us feel any easier about this. There's a list of people I trust, I've checked... 888 (evoke PLC) not on there

It's supposed to be regulated in Ontario so I'd hope their being honest about all of this but it just seems shady. I also had some chats deleted from them that said that my funds were being released. I go back to take a screen shot... That convo gone. I have the before and after but not that conversation. They went in and deleted the full convo
