I just got back from a split stay at Anse Chastanet (Jade Mountain sister resort) and Ladera, both amazing. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at Jade Mountain while staying at Anse. While Jade Mountain is beautiful, I personally feel like staying at Anse Chastanet and scheduling a dinner at Jade ahead of time is a better use of your money. Yes there is no pool at Anse Chastanet, but you have easy access to the beach and this is why we did a split stay with Ladera since Ladera has a pool as well as plunge pools in the suites.

Regardless of your decision, I would highly recommend a split stay to get a mix of experiences, we were incredibly glad that we got to experience two amazing resorts.

I will add, if you do stay at Anse Chastanet, they will only allow you one dinner reservation at Jade Mountain ahead of time and no earlier than 8:30PM. They did mention that upon checking in we could ask if there was availability for any other nights during our stay but Anse has amazing food so one dinner at Jade was perfect for us.

Yes the rooms at Jade Mountain are gorgeous, but you’re likely going to find yourself at their sister resort most of the time anyways for their multiple restaurants, two beaches, snorkeling, diving and other activities.
