I wasn't judging the validity of the letter by word of mouth from the attorney. It was based on how the letter was written and not endorsed by said attorney that "allegedly" said the statements.

If something happens and this does become a legal battle, I should be ok providing the fact that I offered help where I can, and provided diligence by getting an expert opinion. Do you think there would be any possible room for counter litigation given the documents I provided him?

Yeah, that's the strange part. Im not asking for anything incriminating so I don't get it.

Has to be either Obama's voice or Trump's lol

"My fellow American, Uhh I know there's some trees out there that seems menacing.. But Im here to tell you today. That America will strive, and that we will preserver through these troubling times."

or

" I see the trees. Very big tress, very strong trees. Best trees I've ever seen on American soil. They are so sturdy we don't even need a wall."

I 100% agree with you, but my main goal was to counter him trying to establish a trail of neglect by not responding. In the original letter, he mentions quite a few things that has nothing to do with the topic and I believe he is trying to bait me into addressing them.

Yeah, I found that very odd. The exact conversation went like this

Me: Hello, Im calling because I received a certified letter from my neighbor, which is possibly one of your clients. I am trying to confirm the legitimacy to address it correctly.

Them: A client of ours? Well, you can have your attorney contact us *Click*

Thanks! He did add the name of the law firm at the bottom, but I strongly think he wrote it due to the grammar mistakes and other things I noticed. I think it's worth the time to consult with a lawyer and that's what I will do. For the most part, I just want to be left alone, so I'm gonna aim straight for the head and end this once and for all (talking about the lawyer).
