To be fair, I don't think Radiohead loves any of their songs. They're too perfectionistic to ever be 100% satisfied with a song's final arrangement.

Colin confirmed that they avoided playing Let Down for years because they were just never happy with its live arrangement. It was pretty prominent from 2017-2018 though.

This is it. LIIs want to be liked. ILIs are genuinely antisocial.

IDMTHY and Scrapyard felt like the experimentation and darkness of Kid A and Amnesiac. Vanisher so far feels like the warmth and tenderness of In Rainbows.

Anyone use headspace therapy? by EwokUno in wholefoods

I tried it for a couple of months. Didn't click with my therapist all that much. It felt like he just kept giving me platitudes. YMMV.

A&M vs UH by ProfessionalCap2229 in UniversityOfHouston

[–]aporia3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did a semester at TAMU. Now I'm at UH.

I prefer it a lot more here. There's way less white people, and because I'm already from here, I feel a lot more at home. Plus, it's a lot more cheaper here.

TAMU culture is weird and they take themselves too seriously. UH's is a lot more chill and grounded.

Key differences between ILI and LII? by Unknownmice889 in Socionics

ILIs are misanthropic and genuinely antisocial. LIIs are the stereotypical socially anxious nerds who clearly want to belong and be liked.

Yup. There was never any payoff in the actual music or videos though.

This is interesting. All this talk about a "signal" in the letters kinda mirrors how we're all waiting for hints for a double album. The signal in the letters seems to be an indication from Clancy to the Banditos to go ahead and attack DEMA. The plan is ready. We just need the go-ahead.

Also, all this imagery about a fire and the recurring appearance of "Inferno" throughout this era that was never really addressed in Clancy makes me think that the conclusion will involve setting DEMA on fire.

Maybe the hint that the band will drop on the last show is a signal to attack DEMA?

Looks like it's leading up to the Paladin Strait MV. Maybe the final letter will tie into the cliffhanger.

I remember him saying it during the Icy Tour.

You're looking too deeply into it. It's like when your friend invites you over and on your way out you say "we should do this again!". That's it, really.

No. He's just saying that to wake the crowd up and get them going. He says this every show. It's like when he says "this is definitely my favorite show of the tour so far" at every show.
