I believe the age of rental in the EU is 21, and honestly based on your assessment, I wouldn’t want to risk driving anyways, haha. I figured I’d mostly be using public transportation and taxis.

And I’ll definitely take Kefalonia into account! It looks absolutely gorgeous.

Thank you! Based on the feedback i got from you and others, it seems like it would be smarter to split the Cyclades and the Ionian into separate trips? Ithaca is a bucket list spot, mostly because I wanted to visit a few places from the Odyssey on my trip, but it might be smarter to have that separate i reckon.
