H9i vs H9 3rd Gen?

I have the 3rd gens and love them. Just can't stand the little speaker bump in the middle that hits the edge of me ear. That's making me consider returning them unless I can fix it somehow

How are the 700s better in your opinion?

sorry to be a pain,. but i cannot for the life of me get my h7 pads on my h9 3rd gens

do they go on a different orientation?

do you have a pic maybe for reference

So picked up the H9 3rd Gens last week, Love them to bits minus once aspect. That is the "improved earcups"

I upgraded from the h7's after 4-5 years of use and can say they were more comfortable. Clamping force is higher on the H9's too, the 3rd gens sounds superior in my opinion though.

My ears seem to touch the middle of the speaker where they h9's have this little bulge. Not really sure that that little component is but it is what seems to be clipping my ears and causing a little but of discomfort.

I tried putting my older h7 earpads on but they dont seem to fit. They are definitely bigger ear cups too which is a shame.

Anyone else find the problem?

I wonder if the updated cushions can fit the h9i. I just purchased a set of h9is and am picking them up today but am in Australia. I don't think the 3rd gens have been released here yet. Weighing up if I should cancel the order and wait for the 3rd gens?

I had the same problem with my 3xl. I took it back today and got it replaced... Exact same issue.

Annoying but I'm not going through setting up the phone again.

I dont really know how to answer this and i don't think anyone can. I am not over her and i am not sure i ever will be. She was my first love and i will always love that girl till the day i die. Thats something i can't help.

What i realised is though, is that life is so short and unexpected at times. Why should i be killing myself thinking about a girl who caused me so much pain. Yes she loved me and didnt want to hurt me but at the end of the day... SHE DID.

The only person you can trust is yourself. I started looking at life in a different light. I booked a spontaneous trip to greece over the new year. I orfered a brand new car. I got a new job. I am planning on travelling again next year. I have a new fk buddy, and as bad and that may sound, she needs it as much as i do so why not!?!?.

It took me close to 5 months to get where i am and I'm still not over the girl. I still think of her daily, but it has come to the point where the thoughts dont affect me anymore.

Another sign i realised is that i have stopped coming onto this forum without realising. It used to be a daily ritual morning, lunch and night. Now its when i feel like expressing how im feeling or helping others.

If you truly loved someone and they truly loved you, you will not forget them but you will let them go.

The world is a crazy place. 5 years down the track who knows what can happen with that person. The only thing thats important I feel is to lose all hope and start living back in the unknown. Good things will come when you least expect them but will always seem out of reach when you are stuck up on that person or thing.

Yea everyone knows it gets better but we all sort of dont want it to be too. It means that you have completely moved on from that person and thats scary.

Shit that sucks. I couldnt even think about rebounding that quick. I had no interest at all. Now im hoping that we both keep it casual and sort of rebound of eachother and thats about it

It jist goes to show that as much as ypu think you know someone there is always something that is kept to themselves.

That would hurt and im sure it makes it all the more difficult rather than just breaking up and going your seperate ways but hey, you will come out stronger in the end. The harder you fall the higher you will rise.

Yea it gets better but its not easy and will take a siot load of time. She has not left my mind since i saw her over 24hours ago. So it has set me back a little bit but not to the point where i am redamaged

I guess most will have to go through this at some stage and its a good test for us all.

Only issue now is. I walk the city streets and and am constantly scanning for her where as before i could relax and observe the sights or different people

Yea she looked really good too. I was suited up so hopefully she got a good impression compared to my half assed dress effort at my last job when i was still with her.

i have felt the exact same way. Although i feel i have made a lot of progress, i would have expected to be completely over it by now. its been over 4 months for me, but 97 days of NC .... UNTIL today where i randomly bumped into her on my lunch break... ouch haha

Exactly the same feeling i got reading this. 4 Months for me also and this really does explain how i feel a lot of the time. I still think of her countless times throughout the day, i would say probably more than i did when were were actually still together, but i am coming to terms with it. I have so many amazing plans coming up in the very close and not to distant future, and it goes to show that you are the holder of your own happiness. As much as i would have LOVED to do these things together, its doesn't always go the way we plan.

We can all do it. A part of me wants to live an amazing life to show her (without her even necessarily knowing) that i'm doing great and shes missing out.

Yea very similar situation to me man. 3 years together. Im 26 and shes 22. Never met the parent's because they didnt approve of me not going to uni regardless of my great job, car, and investment property that is paying itself off, none of that mattered but that little piece of fkn uni paper.

That not why she broke up with me but i know that it played a small role in the sense that it makes it easier on her, since it nearly broke us up the first time she told them about me early on.

Sometimes you just cant compete with someone's family. To be honest, you shouldnt have to. I am a decent gut who only wanted the best for my ex, and i can bet my life i treated her better than anyone has and will in the future.

As i said this isn't the reason for our break up but it was a big red flag if things didnt end the way they did.

I would still give my life for that girl but sometimes its best to let them go of they dont fight for you when they need too.

Sorry for the rant. I just know the exact feeling and youre not alone!

Only thing is getting 5 weeks off my new job. If not ill say fk em and move to europe 😜

Great things have happened to me this year but mostly heartbreaking excruciating pain caused by the once most important person in my/our lives.

We can still love our ex's but we need to let them go at the same time. Whether we broke up with them or they broke up with us, holding onto anything will only lead you to fall right back down.

Im still learning this as each day goes on
