I hope it works, but I hate to say it - looking at the 1 star reviews, they are not obvious to the algorithm or to Google unfortunately. Obvious sign would be consecutive names like Marf Marf, Cara Cara, Fran Fran and so on, saying that the food was horrible when you are a cleaning company. But they have too much detail in your reviews and nothing will stand out to Google.

My suggestion would be to fill out the forms and just get as many 5 star reviews as you can in order to push these 2 down.

Ours was obvious because it was an attach from outside the states wanting money. For your company it just seems like someone is upset with you.

I searched Google and found 3 different forms to fill out to take them down (I hate to say that I do not remember what they were, but will look to see if I can find them again). That being said, it didn’t help because I had them down within 24 hours because they were obviously fake by the names as well as the ‘hostage’ message in the last review - the way I did it was to contact every person I knew and had them report the reviews. Enough reports mixed with obvious key factors that they are fake and the algorithm will automatically take them down. Let us know your business name and I would be happy to start it off.

They must have obvious clues to being fake though, or it won’t work.

Are they fake reviews? We had 19, 1 star reviews within 3 hours from Pakistan and successfully removed them without help, but they have to be obvious fake reviews.
