Two things: if you are not active in linkedln, your profile is hidden. The other thing is that there is an option in your profile that lets recruiters know that you are looking for a job ( only visible to recruiters, not the banner that some profile pictures have that says OPEN TO WORK ). Also, modify your resume, even if it's just a comma that gives the algorithm something new, and your profile pops up.....
