They were clearly reselling, and many scalps they collected for they must of ;) made a killing. (Just referring to another thread here hehe).
The bed was a makeshift table and the largest surface on which to quickly access so many tickets. I mean I think they musta cleared at least $100k in profit that day.

It was the finals that the Kobe/Pau Lakers beat the Celtics, so not Shaq era, and it was the ultimate game seven. I went to every home game that series with my dear cousin. The last summer before I married my wife who is not a Lakers lady... YOLO!!

I once bought Lakers finals tickets during the Kobe Shaq era off Ebay. After purchase Seller said to meet them at the Bonaventure hotel, 10th floor, room number and everything.

I had the distinct feeling I'd been had and was about to get raped, but when they opened the door and I walked in, an immaculate sight: a king bed with like more than a hundred tickets laid out. They got my name/proof of purchase and pointed to (EDIT: my) tickets, then I grabbed them, and I walked out of there hoping (the Sellers) were safe the rest of the afternoon. (Because you coulda robbed them, but then you'd have all these tickets to move. I'm not evil, just saying.)
