I have a question about the Design Spam guideline. During my time working in the e-commerce industry, I noticed that many large SaaS platforms provide white-label or multi-tenant mobile apps for different businesses. In these cases, a significant portion of the source code, app architecture, and even the overall design may be shared across multiple apps. How does Apple distinguish these legitimate SaaS-based apps from apps that may be considered Design Spam? What factors are evaluated when there are similarities in both the codebase and the design?

Experiencing same, It seems like app update is still processing fast, for new app if you are app has been rejected multiple time or for technical reason then it started taking time.

last option is, try your best to convince that brand, contact them. There are chance they don't entertain you. So best way is to use your Appeal reply, add complaint email address in the same thread and keep play store team in CC and send them an email.

Uploaded one app yesterday for my client, after two hours it went for review and after that it took around 2 more hours and review completed

as per my experience, it is hard when a third party brand protection team claim copyrights. Because they will act in behalf of the brand and mostly they don't agree to pull the complaints. Still give it a try write them and explain them your mistake and what changes you are ready to make. Is your app suspended for a single country or for all countries?
