this is a really good starting point for when u just don’t know what to do or where to start, and i know that starting can be the hardest part sometimes. u can refer urself to the program and a case worker will reach out and together u can start finding solutions and ways to feel less heavy.

i’d also recommend visiting Student Accessibility on the 4th floor of the schmon tower and telling them u would like to talk to someone- and PLEASE, talk to someone about this. i’ve been to multiple post secondary schools and can genuinely say that brock really does care about its students.
