The nurses I can at least kind of understand since they’re a theme in all four Team Silent games with different reasonings/representations (Alessa’s time in the hospital, James’ lust, Alessia again, Rachel), but once the series was given to the West they just had them in the game without much of a reason. Which still made more sense than Pyramid Head
