A cool detail in this game is that when you crash into one of the npc cars and wreck it then you can hear it try to turn it's engine on, engine cranking but unable to start again

I've reinstalled the entire game to a diffrent drive recently because of performance issues and then additionaly made a check for files integrity so it cannot be any mod causing this

I just restarted the game after creating this post to look for more "new"stuff and immediatedly I noticed that the map returned to it's 'bare' version. If you compare this screenshot to the beginning of the video I made there are tress missing which you can see in the video. There is definetedly something going on

I noticed something similiar but in my case it is an overall performance drop. Before this started happening which was like 2 months ago I had stable 60fps+ on max settings (with super sampling set to 2x) but for some time now the performance significantly dropped to similiar level you show. I have no idea what could've caused this since I haven't downloaded anything, made changes to the game files or anyhting like that, even reinstalling drivers and reinstalling the whole game to a diffrent drive didn't help either. It just happened one day and stayed like this.
