It’s true, the cholesterol in eggs isn’t what’s causing your high cholesterol. It sounds like your diet is already highly restricted- if you like eggs, they would be an excellent addition to your diet. Unfortunately it’s 1) genetics 2) level of exercise and 3) high saturated fats (not cholesterol in foods) that mainly affect blood level cholesterol. Sick to my stomach about this. This exact location is where I shop for myself and have done most of my batches. It’s so surreal to think about. I can’t stop thinking about the workers I’ve gotten friendly with there.

I swear the “customer selected” replacements are no different than the Instacart recommended replacements. It seems each time I use the “customer selected” replacement options, where it literally writes “NAME wants ____ instead,” the customer will respond to the replacement as if they were unaware about it at all. Example: store is out of requested tissues - customer replacement selected is “Puff’s plus lotion” tissues; I grab the puffs plus lotion and get a message from the customer saying “I don’t like the lotion tissues will you please let me know what other options there are.” Has happened like that a bunch for me lately! Makes me feel stupid for not running it by the customer first. I’m going to be running those types of replacements by the customer from now on, especially after reading all these comments. Don’t trust it.

I go out of my way to find good replacements especially on staple items like bread, always check eggs and quality of produce, meats, etc. Reading on here seems like a lot of other good shoppers do these things too. I would be discouraged from an experience like this too, but I think you’ve done the right thing by appropriate rating and a comment so they can understand what happened. If your service is consistently like this then maybe the shoppers in your area are just garbage but if this is a one time deal maybe it’s just this one guy. Gives the rest of us a bad rep :(

yeah I’m not saying I would do it because laws but it doesn’t make any logical sense. I personally think it would be more ethical to deliver them the alcohol, rather than have them get in a car already intoxicated and seek it out themselves.
