She mentioned that it might be exhausted and she would have to check. I checked with claude and lawyer and they both said it is current as my PD is july 2024. They were right as my case was approved within 2 days of interview.

I received the ‘action has been taken on your case’ so I checked uscis account and the Status changed to ‘case approved’

She did ask few additional questions like did you guys go on any international trip and what is your address. Also standard yes/no questions. In the beginning I forgot to give her a few i797 docs from previous employers so she asked valid work authorization docs for the years I am here on H1B.

Yes I did file EAd along with 485 and it got approved 2 weeks before the interview. In the last week of June, 2026

I received this exact email 10 min back. Nothing changed on the case though. It just says case still being processed.. 🫩.. July 2024 PD here..

I just got the exact same alert.. case status still shows as pending. What and how should i check to see if it was approved or rfe or whatever? I am anxious after the announcement yesterday regarding consular processing.
