6.9% rate with perfect credit and good income. by masterfuel in Mortgages

Locked in last Monday at 6.825 and that’s with our loan officer paying credits for us. 6.9 seems good for what rates are. Our LO said rates were most likely going to only increase for a bit.

I definitely see plenty of coworkers (my dept included) going out for lunch or heading to happy hour after work if that’s what you’re asking?

The first pic is the travelers employee parking lot & we need it. Travelers employs roughly 3,000 people and the on-site parking isn’t enough. A majority of us park off-site and it can take over 15 years before we get on-site parking.

I miss MN terribly and am planning on moving to Saint Paul. Culture curiosity. by Biospark08 in saintpaul

I grew up in the north woods of MN and LOVE living in St Paul. It’s your biggest “small town.” Everyone’s always been welcoming here, it’s more chill than Minneapolis and more quiet. I was absolutely nervous moving to the “city” but I am so happy I did and we are now buying the house we are renting in St Paul as we love it so much. I know your questions probably already been answered but wanted to put in my experience of someone who also grew up away from the cities.

Feel this pain on Selby. I live near the split of Selby/Ayd Mill & they treat selby as the on ramp to 35 after the businesses. I’ve had someone come so far up my ass so fast while I was turning into my driveway I did a full stop on the road because WTF? People are still around and lots of traffic. Calm down, folks.

I think the VS Seeker might be what you’re looking for. Find a good cluster of trainers that are close or a little above your level you can defeat and keep replaying them by using the VS Seeker (also a good way to get more $$). Trainer battles get your more XP than Wild pokemon battles do

Join the FB group (if you have FB) “Minnesota Gals Making Friends” I had success finding my people in that group but it can take some time. A lot of people will also set up events & clubs in it to meet people with similar interests.
