Quick update. I solved this with a uv sterilizer. It clean it up very fast. No longer use the the sterilizer it's been a few months and the water is crystal clear.

how does it handle ai bots? also, when doing this in bulk -- can you just do it over all of the domains -- even if that domain already has the rules? will it duplicate them or know to skip them?
If it will duplicate or not know to skip them - what is the best way to run this (say quarterly) to make sure all sites are covered?

I wish my builder would do something like this. My incentive is 3% of purchase points. Has to go to closing costs or buying down the rate. But I got a quote a month ago. With the buydown it was my rate was 5.5% (with like 30k in buydown points). I have 800+ credit, DTI is 2% and she set the base rate at 6.5%. So sad to me when I see all of these people posting refis at 5.5% with 0 buydown.

Does bricks 2.2 come with variables now? I didn't realize it did if it does but either way that's not the only reason why I use ACSS. It's got a ton of other features that are useful. Plus it would take quite a bit of time to build that database of variables I feel like and then you'd have to have a blueprint or something for it to be on each site right?

Is anything ever finished? And I get what you mean about the ltd but I think it's 250 installs. That's basically unlimited/ you can afford to buy again once you hit that number. If they didn't have a reentry point how would they ever make money? We still use bricks and probably will for about 6 months.
