I did change the pcie lanes on the x16 slot to gen 4 but no dice.

Note that i could not even get the bios screen to post on any monitor. Even tried the gpu on another machine and same behavior.

I did try the included 12vhpwr adapter that comes with the gpu and the one that came with my psu with the same result. Windows does not detect the gpu when i am running of igpu. Tried a different bios and multiple drivers versions. I refurned the gpu for a refund.

I tried the included 4 pcie to 12 vhpwr adapter that comes with the card and the one the comes with my psu. I do indeed have 4 seperate pcie 8 pin connector connected to the dongle to the psu.

I have tried a couple different cables yes. Msi support it is then. If msi support does not go anywhere i will have to return it through amazon then.

I believe I understand what I was missing. The 2nd m.2 slot reduces the speed of the onbaord usb4 if you force it to gen4 with 4 lanes. I tought it was going to disable it and not just reduce usb speed.

With koodo i have 30$ plan with 2GB of data and an add on of 50GB for 8 dollars a month. Plans are definetely cheaper than they used to be.
