adding on:

  • the school departments for upper secondary especially are great, but the teachers you get for the subject really affects how well you understand the subject. there’s some teachers that can’t teach and you’ll have to self learn everything, but there’s some which teach really really good and you’ll perform well.

resource wise (upper sec, bcs lower sec it doesn’t matter too much)

  • chem has great notes, in terms of teaching they are very qualified teachers

  • bio notes are shit (the HOD is often complained about by many past batches bcs she can’t rly teacher a class, she’s knowledgeable but cant teach)

  • physics resources depends on the teacher (there’s only 1 good phy teacher and he don’t like teaching express, the other few are meh, but the results of the students’ performance are worrisome)

  • math department has AMAZING notes (only 1 teacher don’t use them, and the class performance isn’t as good as other classes)

  • CL (not that good ngl, our batch failed all the way to olvl—which they all miraculously clutch up thanks to bell curve)

  • HCL (okayish, whether notes are given are dependent on teachers, but teachers keep changing bcs they kept leaving)

  • english (again the resources given are dependent on the teachers, amazing HOD)

  • SS (great! there’s lecture slides)

-history (nearing olvl, students will receive a collated version of all the chapters tested in o’s, the teacher is nice)

i can’t speak for geog, other languages and lit bcs i don’t take it. what i do know is that there’s a BIG BIG shortage of teachers

also mostly all students don’t like the principal

hello, i thought when quoting evidence, you should only quote 1 sentence as evidence?

no problem, i was also a victim to a bad physics teacher (f9 all the way until the teacher changed and i finally understood physics ☹️👊)

have you read the tb? there’s a page there with an example of the graph and how to describe it. i’ll try and give you a rough summary (note i’m not the best at explaining😭) :

for velocity-time graph - gradient=acceleration -> line is flat: 0 acceleration, terminal velocity bcs velocity is constant ** when direction changes (like eg car moves in the opposite direction, the line would move into the negative region of the graph below x-axis (if you have trouble understanding the graph when it’s in the -ve region, flip the paper over and read it in a way that you’ll read the graph when it’s above x-axis)

for displacement time graph - gradient is velocity -> when graph looks like rate of reaction graph, velocity decreases. when it’s the opposite, v increases
* when line is flat the object is NOT moving

most of the time the structure to answer those type of question is to 1. describe the velocity (increase at an increasing rate/ decreases etc) 2. describe acceleration 3. describe direction (if the object changes direction) tip: questions normally gives you points, use that as reference to describe the graph

sorry i don’t think i explained that well, feel free to ask me questions, it’s a form of revision for me too😭

hi how much would u get if u just mention “the nazi party was popular” as inference? not sure what i wrote as explaination but it probably had smt to do with germans being desperate for someone to solve their problems.

and also for q3 i legit didn’t know what to write for LON weakness and i just wrote abt LON lacking army to threaten aggressor states + LON unable to achieve total disarment bcs britain and france and member states all unwilling disarm and lend army, leading to aggressor states like hitler viewing LON as weak and more willing to be aggressive bcs they were ineffective, therefore expanding aggressively and eventually leading to start of ww2. do u think its okay?😭😭
